Alarms and sounds

My alarm did not make a sound.

JetSetAlarm alarms are iOS system alarms, so they ring through Silent and Focus. Their volume is the one iOS keeps for alarms: on iOS 27, Settings ▸ Sounds & Haptics ▸ Alarms and Timers; on iOS 26, Ringtone and Alerts. No app can change it. The app’s Settings ▸ Alarm Defaults ▸ Alarm Volume shows the way.

JetSetAlarm says it could not schedule every alarm.

iOS limits how many system alarms one app can hold. JetSetAlarm schedules the next 14 days and tops them up every time you open it, so opening the app once in a while keeps everything on the clock.

Alarms are not allowed.

Open iOS Settings ▸ Apps ▸ JetSetAlarm and allow Alarms & Timers. Reminders and jet-lag prompts also need Notifications.

Time zones and travel

How do I keep an alarm on home time?

Edit the alarm, turn on Anchor to Timezone and pick the city. An anchored alarm rings at that city’s time wherever you are; an alarm without a city follows the phone.

What is the arrival review?

When the phone lands in a new time zone, Today shows a card. Open it to see every alarm and dose on the clock it follows and choose, for each one, whether to keep it or follow local time.

Medication

A dose rang when I couldn’t take it.

Tap Later… on the alert or the ringing screen, then choose an offset, a time, or When I get home. The dose rings again then. When I get home needs JetSetAlarm Pro, a home location in Settings ▸ Health and Always location access.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account and shared with your Family Sharing group.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

Your data travels in your iPhone backup or Quick Start transfer. With Pro, Settings ▸ Data ▸ Backup & Restore also exports everything to a file you keep.

How do I delete my data?

Delete items in the app, or delete the app. There is no account and nothing on a server to delete. See the Privacy Policy.
